Mari Zare

Account Manager / Campaign Manager

Mari is a part of the marketing communications team at Gambit H+K. She operates between concept creators, designers, copywriters and strategic advisors. Mari assures high quality across campaigns and production and makes sure that goals are met. Her expertise lies in strategy and branding, logos and identity, concept creation and digital communication. 

Prior to Gambit H+K, Mari worked as an operations manager in RED and as an account manager at Chili Publications. Mari has broad experience from managing both large and small projects for a wide variety of customers. Amongst these are Bama, Bohus, P4 and TV3. 

Mari holds a BBA from BI Business School, in addition to studies in art and architecture.

Anders Bergsaker

Anders is part of the Public Affairs team at Gambit Hill+Knowlton. His key competences is within strategy,PR, sustainability, policy, public affairs, real estate and workers- and employers associations.

Anders has extensive experience as a senior advisor on Public Affairs. A selection of his previous and current clients are GORE Group, Uber, Gasum Group, Microsoft, Atea, Accenture, Alstom, Scandinavian Property Group, Aspelin Ramm real-estate and the Norwegian Society for Protection of Animals.

Anders was an advisor to the leader of the Liberal party in Parliament, political advisor to the president and CEO of the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprises and to the Vice Mayor of Urban Development in Oslo. He has been a board member of COMM and is a former deputy member of Oslo City Council, representing the Liberal party in the Standing Committee of Finance.

Peter Skovholt Gitmark

Peter Skovholt Gitmark leads the Public Affairs Department at Gambit Hill+KnowltonHe specializes in strategic counseling in the intersection between business and public relations, to organizations and clients in both the private and public sector.

Before joining Gambit H+K, Gitmark was Managing Director and Head of Burson Cohn & Wolfe Norway’s Public Affairs Department. 

Gitmark served as a Member of Parliament for the Conservative Party from 2001-2013, making him the youngest ever candidate to be re-elected from Southern Norway. In his 12 years as a Member of Parliament he served on various committees such as “Local Government and Public Administration”, “Finance and Economic Affairs”, “Energy and the Environment”, and “Foreign Affairs and Defense”.  

Gitmark was also a part of the Shadow Cabinet in his last 6 years as an MP. First on environmental issues, and later international development.

Gitmark has an international mindset and was chairman of the International Young Democrat Union, the world’s largest democratic political youth organization, from 2006-2009. He still has an extensive international political network.

Gitmark earned his degree in finance at the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in Bergen (NHH).

Marius works as a strategic advisor within the converging of PR, marketing, creative advertising and content in multi-channel communication. He has 14 years of experience in different agencies and works as an advisor for several of Norway’s largest companies.  Marius is a member of the creative leadership in Hill+Knowlton EMEA. He has a responsibility for training of new talents and development of common methodology across EMEA. 

Client lead for larger clients, such as The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad), Norwegian Business School, Worldskills Norway, Agria Animal insurance, The Union of Norwegian Transport Employees and University of Oslo. He is also a strategic consultant for several clients like Equinor and Southern and Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority, Arts Council Norway, Norwegian Veterans Association for International Operations and Fana Bank. 

Prior to joining Hill & Knowlton Marius worked as Managing Director and partner in Colt Kommunikasjon. Colt was Norway’s leading PR-agency within social media.

Johan Wilskow

Johan is leading the crises communication team in Norway. 

​He is also a part of the Corporate Communications team at H+K Norway, focusing on crisis communications, media relations, internal communications and sponsorships.

​Johan has supported several clients in handling  challenging crises. The terrorist attack on Statoil`s gas plant in Algerie, the fatal helicopter crash at Turøy and the KNM Helge Ingstad frigate accident are just some of the crises he has been involved in. 

Johan has worked for 10 years in two of the largest media corporations in Norway. He has worked as a TV- journalist in NRK and also been assignment editor at the same place for four years. When arriving at Gambit he came from Norway`s largest commercial radio station, P4, where he was host of the debate program Sytten Tretti.  ​
