NEW YORK
– Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K) today announced that Kate Augustine, currently Global Head of Talent has been elevated to a new role bringing together H+K’s global talent and HR functions.

Augustine joined H+K two years ago from McKinsey where she led the analytics recruiting function and spearheaded several talent initiatives for experienced and senior candidates.  Prior to that, Kate worked in executive search at Spencer Stuart and Korn Ferry, where she worked with marketing, agency, finance and operations leaders.

“Constantly enhancing the employee experience – from first contact through to fruitful careers at H+K – is critical to making H+K the agency of preferred choice amongst talent and clients. I am confident that Kate will bring a level of excellence and rigor to this newly created role that will drive the agency to even greater success,” said Lars Erik Grønntun, Global President.

“I am humbled and excited by this opportunity.  Hill + Knowlton’s strength is powered by the strength and success of the people we work with.  I look forward to contributing towards the continued growth of H+K.”

The news follows other recent H+K appointments to key roles since the announcement of a new global structure, including the appointments of Global Presidents Richard Millar and Lars Erik Grønntun; Sam Lythgoe to lead global business development, marketing and communications; and Simon Whitehead as new UK CEO.
