
Inger Johanne is part of the Corporate Communcations team, and her main focus is the energy industry. She is based in Gambit H+K’s Stavanger office. She works with a range of clients, both with strategic advise and content production.
Before joining Gambit she worked as an anchor for the regional TV news at the national broadcaster NRK in Stavanger, as well as a reporter with main focus on oil, energy and business. While working for NRK she covered several of the most serious HSE incidents on the Norwegian continental shelf.
She has journalistic experience from the trade publishing house Petromedia, as well from videojournalism in Norways largest newspaper, VG.
She has also worked as a trainee at the Norwegian embassy in Riga, Latvia. Her work consisted of attending meetings and events on behalf of the embassy, and writing memos to the ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Inger Johanne holds a bachelor’s degree in TV and radio journalism from Gimlekollen School of Journalism and Communications in Kristiansand, Norway. She has also studied Russian language and politics at the University of Oslo, in St. Petersburg, Russia and in Riga, Latvia. In addition she has studied film and television science at Lillehammer University College in Norway.

Karen is always looking for the best way to tell important stories through video, photo and text. She has a passion for combining creative ideas with effective use of digital channels. Her many years as a reporter, editor and head of social media at the youth magazine TOPP has given her unique insights in how to trigger young audiences.
At Gambit H+K, Karen works with creative concept development, channel strategy and content production for several large clients, such as McDonald’s, Hydro, Vår Energi and Nespresso. In 2018, she was the lead creative on the relaunch of DNB Ung, and was responsible for everything from idea development to content and communication strategy.
Karen is a trained journalist, specializing in television, from the Oslo Met and Curtin University in Perth, and has completed Difi’s course in Clear Language. In 2019 she won the Cannes YOUNG LIONS PR award in Norway.

Mari is a part of the marketing communications team at Gambit H+K. She operates between concept creators, designers, copywriters and strategic advisors. Mari assures high quality across campaigns and production and makes sure that goals are met. Her expertise lies in strategy and branding, logos and identity, concept creation and digital communication.
Prior to Gambit H+K, Mari worked as an operations manager in RED and as an account manager at Chili Publications. Mari has broad experience from managing both large and small projects for a wide variety of customers. Amongst these are Bama, Bohus, P4 and TV3.
Mari holds a BBA from BI Business School, in addition to studies in art and architecture.

Tonje is a part of the marketing department at Gambit H+K. She works with strategic communication, PR, branding, digital communication and marketing.
Tonje has previously headed the marketing department of Norway’s largest book publisher, Cappelen Damm. She has more than ten years of experience from the media industry, working in the editorial staff at NRK, Dagens Næringsliv, D2, Aftenposten and Egmont Publishing.
Tonje holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology, social geography and media science from the University of Oslo. She also has a Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School in Strategic Management.

Andreas has more than 15 years of experience within corporate- and financial communications, issues management and media relations.
Prior to joining Gambit H+K Strategies, he worked as senior advisor at the corporate and public affairs firm ZYNK Communication & Leadership. He has also worked at the renowned communications firm KREAB in Stockholm and Oslo, during which he was involved in several cross-border transactions and pan-Nordic projects. In Norway, he has been a communications advisor in two of the largest IPOs during the last couple of years.
In addition to being an advisor, Andreas has worked as Head of Media & PR at the investment firm and incubator IQUBE in Stockholm and Singapore, and with market entry and international roll out for the Swedish retail brand Efva Attling, based in Sweden and China.
Andreas is bilingual in both Swedish and Norwegian, written and spoken and is used to working on cross-border projects. He has previously been retained as spokesperson for companies such as CHC Helikopter Service and Amazon Prime in Norway.

Scott is the Creative Director at Gambit Hill+Knowlton. He has been responsible for the development of several award-winning communication and marketing campaigns – in both Norway and abroad.
Scott manages “Seven Steps”, H+K’s method for creative concept development. He has also led the development of “Blink”, the company’s own methodology for facilitating creative workshops which is used in all creative processes. Scott has extensive experience in facilitating project meetings and creative workshops.

Peter Skovholt Gitmark leads the Public Affairs Department at Gambit Hill+Knowlton. He specializes in strategic counseling in the intersection between business and public relations, to organizations and clients in both the private and public sector.
Before joining Gambit H+K, Gitmark was Managing Director and Head of Burson Cohn & Wolfe Norway’s Public Affairs Department.
Gitmark served as a Member of Parliament for the Conservative Party from 2001-2013, making him the youngest ever candidate to be re-elected from Southern Norway. In his 12 years as a Member of Parliament he served on various committees such as “Local Government and Public Administration”, “Finance and Economic Affairs”, “Energy and the Environment”, and “Foreign Affairs and Defense”.
Gitmark was also a part of the Shadow Cabinet in his last 6 years as an MP. First on environmental issues, and later international development.
Gitmark has an international mindset and was chairman of the International Young Democrat Union, the world’s largest democratic political youth organization, from 2006-2009. He still has an extensive international political network.
Gitmark earned his degree in finance at the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in Bergen (NHH).

Johan is leading the crises communication team in Norway.

Johan has supported several clients in handling challenging crises. The terrorist attack on Statoil`s gas plant in Algerie, the fatal helicopter crash at Turøy and the KNM Helge Ingstad frigate accident are just some of the crises he has been involved in.
Johan has worked for 10 years in two of the largest media corporations in Norway. He has worked as a TV- journalist in NRK and also been assignment editor at the same place for four years. When arriving at Gambit he came from Norway`s largest commercial radio station, P4, where he was host of the debate program Sytten Tretti.
